This article brings me back to a thought I recently had: Our identity defines everything. What we do, how we act, what we want. If you define yourself as a hard working person, your actions will be different from someone that identifies himself as a relaxed person.
All of us have several complementary identities. To change who we are, to achieve what we want, we must change our identity. Start acting like that identity until you become it.
That’s why there’s a group of people that have big beards, motorbikes and drink lots of beer. The motorists. They all want the same things. They all act the same way. It’s their identity.
